Dormitory accommodations are available for all single students in order to foster fellowship, mutual growth and intensive training on campus. For the family accommodation you need to arrange your own rent housing in the neighbourhood of the school campus. Many opportunities for spiritual enrichment accompany the academic training. Early morning Prayer meeting, chapel services and dormitory prayers are held everyday. Night prayer meeting, evangelism and group bible study are held weekly. The students are requested to maintain and not to change their church affiliation while at RTC. Social activities vary from cultural and personal talent dynamics, depicting regional, cultural and personal constituencies of the student backgrounds. These are organized to enhance fellowship through cross cultural and talent interaction as a way of appreciating and accepting diversified backgrounds of the interdenominational setting of the college. Activities for each year are determined by a committee and range from, spiritual, games, cultural presentations, plays, poems, quizzes, out campus tour, talent shows, etc. Dates for the festival week are printed on the calendar of the semester in which it falls. The festival marks the fulfillment of the college community life aspiration. Students association is the students¡¯ guild elected by the students annually to provide forum for discussion, spiritual growth, fellowship, social interaction and a link to the faculty, administration and possibly other institutions. Since RTC students are adults and are called by God to serve Him and His people, they are expected to be particularly exemplary at all times. If a student's conduct on or off campus is found to be inconsistent with his/her Christian duty and calling, the administration reserves the right to discipline, suspend or expel him/her from the school. The
extent of disciplinary action depends on the seriousness of the offense. The
disciplinary committee determines the appropriate steps of disciplinary action. It
involves warning in writing to the erring party. The erring individual shall be
allowed to be heard. During suspension the committee shall decide the final verdict. When a student's behavior does not change, he/she may be expelled or discontinued from studies for one or two years or the erring party may be forgiven and allowed to resume studies. Students are encouraged to consult with the faculty members regarding their spiritual and academic concerns. The faculty members and administrative staffs are willing to give students personal, spiritual and academic counseling.
